These terms cover skengers.co.uk and the games on it, including Bloodmoon Bastion and DeadAcreZ. By using the site or playing, you agree to them. In these terms, “Skengers”, “we” and “us” mean the Skengers gaming community that runs this site.

What belongs to us.

This website and everything on it belong to Skengers: the text, design, logos and the Skengers name, and our games, including Bloodmoon Bastion and DeadAcreZ and their code, artwork, music, sound, maps, characters and text. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Skengers. All rights reserved.

What you can do.

Play Bloodmoon Bastion and DeadAcreZ for free, for your own enjoyment, here on skengers.co.uk.
Stream them, record them, and share clips, screenshots and links to them, as long as you don’t pretend they’re yours.

What is not allowed.

Unless we have agreed it with you in writing, you must not:

copy, download, mirror or re-host our games or any part of this site, or show it inside another website or app;
change, translate or build on our games or their code, art or music, or take it apart to get at them, except where the law allows this;
sell our games or any part of them, charge for access to them, or use them to make money;
remove or hide our copyright notices or the Skengers name;
use bots, scripts, cheats or edited saves to post scores, or use a name on the scoreboard that is offensive or pretends to be someone else;
try to break, overload or get round the security of this site, or use our games to do so.

The scoreboard and your saves.

The Bloodmoon Bastion scoreboard and the DeadAcreZ leaderboards are public. We can change or remove names, remove scores, and block players who break these terms. Your saved games, decks and banked gold are kept in your own browser, so clearing your browser data deletes them and we can’t get them back. How we handle leaderboard data is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and availability.

We keep developing our games, so features, balance, unlocks and scoreboards can change, be reset or be withdrawn at any time. The site and games are provided free and as they are, and we don’t promise they will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can’t be taken away.

Links to Discord, Twitch, Steam and other sites are there for convenience. Those sites have their own terms.
